On 6/19 I posted a complaint about D1 Spa and the quality of the product.Since that complaint D1 has contacted me and the supplier I purchased the Amore Bay from.
They have taken responsibility to ship in new parts to fix my issues. At the moment I am pleased to have the opportunity to express my views about what I believe is acceptable service and they in turn believe they have addressed the issue adequately upon learning about the problem. I am willing to accept their current coarse of action.
The conversation with D1 assured me that this issue will be taken care of to my satisfaction.I am neutral at the moment but could be pleased in a few days when the repairs are made.
