On 6/19 I posted a complaint about D1 Spa and the quality of the product. Since that complaint D1 has contacted me and the supplier I purchased the Amore Bay from.
They have taken responsibility to ship in new parts to fix my issues. At the moment I am pleased to have the opportunity to express my views about what I believe is acceptable service and they in turn believe they have addressed the issue adequately upon learning about the problem. I am willing to accept their current coarse of action.
The conversation with D1 assured me that this issue will be taken care of to my satisfaction. I am neutral at the moment but could be pleased in a few days when the repairs are made.
